"Rosie" is now a beautiful 6 year old. We still look at her in awe. She is the best big sister ever...such a help! Very sweet, complimentary, emotional and attached.
After "Rosie", and after another surgery, we decided to become foster parents. A few months later we were blessed by the placement of "Augie". In July 2011, he became ours forever!
"Augie" is approaching 4 and can light up any room. He brings joy to the strangers he meets. He loves airplanes, cars and all things outside. He is challenging on so many levels and that smile saves him daily.
In May 2011 we met "Catie" and knew that she was meant to be a part of our family. We became foster parents again in August. It was a bit of a roller coaster, but a much quicker one than with Augie. Catie became our forever daughter in 2012.
"Catie" is approaching 3 and is the dainty one. She can be very sweet...but she can also be very strong willed. Don't let that sweet smile fool you...she spends most of her time with gritted teeth. :-) She has the most challenges to overcome (from her past) and she makes fantastic improvements each day.
And in September 2013 we welcomed our fourth (second NaPro miracle pregnancy), baby "JOY".
She is growing faster than I care to consider. Such a gift to me and our family.
